Meet Our Trappers II Team

Aaron and Jen Wood opened Trappers II Pizza & Pub with the help of their former partner Greg Rinaldi in April of 2010.   In 2014, they became the sole owners of “T2.”

Aaron grew up in the East Syracuse -Minoa School district and his kids now attend the same schools he did. Daughters Madison and Avery like to help with “quality control” and can’t wait until they are old enough to help out in the restaurant.

Aaron sadly passed away October of 2020 from Neuroendocrine Cancer.

Jen, his wife, continues to own and operate Trappers II Pizza & Pub.   She is determined not only to keep it going strong but continue to improve it.  Jen is very active in the ESM community, always trying to help out where she can.

General Manager/Party & Events Planner

Brianne Sturick

Assistant General Manager

Patrick Bice

Pat Bice started with us as a dishwasher and has earned his way to our new Assistant General Manager.  Pat is well liked and well respected by all at T2.  He has become a valuable part of the T2 family and we wouldn’t be what we are today with out him helping to guide new staff as well as staff that has been with us for a while.

Bri

Brianne Sturick has taken on many roles at Trappers II Pizza & Pub from Co-General Manager to Operations Manager/Parties & Events Planner and everything in between . Bri now concentrates on her roles as the General Manager and Party & Event Planner for Trappers II Pizza & Pub.

Bri started with T2 right when it opened as part of the counter staff. She left briefly, returned as a bartender, Co-General Manager, Operations Manager, Party and Event Planner and has since moved into the General Manager Role.

Bri’s favorite T2 food? The Bri-Wrap: crispy BBQ chicken with blue cheese instead of BBQ sauce.

The T2 thing that Bri likes the most (other than her own food item)? She likes being part of a big family. “I’m actually the niece of the owner and the same way that we are family, everyone at T2 is a family and family-oriented. It’s really all the same mentality.”
